Shipping Policy

Effective Date: June 26, 2025

At The Griffin Project, we take great care in sending each Hero’s Crest. Because every crest is custom-made, we want you to know what to expect when it comes to shipping.

Where We Ship

We currently ship Hero’s Crests to:

All 50 U.S. states (including military APO/FPO addresses)
Most provinces and territories in Canada

We do not ship outside the U.S. and Canada at this time.

Processing Time

Since each crest is specially designed for each child, the process takes a little time:

Design Time: Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to create and finalize the crest.
Shipping Time: Once the design is approved, we’ll ship your package within 2-3 weeks.

Shipping Cost

We are happy to offer free shipping for all Hero’s Crests within the U.S. and Canada.

How We Ship

U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail
Canadian Orders: Shipped via USPS First Class International or a similar service

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please allow extra time for rural areas or international deliveries.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your Hero’s Crest hasn’t arrived:

Within 3 months (U.S.)
Within 4 months (Canada)
